Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay

08:33

Hi guys! Haven't been blogging for a while and I decided to so now since I'm free. It's gonna be yet another food post. Short and sweet, let the pictures do the talking.

What's better than having a dinner with a nice view after a busy day at work? Had my dinner at Bread Street Kitchen, a British European Cuisine restaurant at Marina Bay Sands few weeks back. Great food, great company and great atmosphere!

Their bread is so good that we had a second serving of it! And what's best was that its free of charge! HAHAHA! Butter x Bread, Yumz!

Cold Starter: Salmon Ceviche
The salmon is fresh but I prefer the simple Japanese style instead! Comfort food I guess!

Hot Starter: Tamarind Spiced Chicken Wings
Quite a unique dish with that comes with sweet taste!

Mains: Traditional Fish and Chips
Known to be one of their popular dish but taste pretty normal to me. Their crushed peas is good though! Something new and different to try on!

Mains: Slow Roasted Dingley Dell Pork Belly
Crispy yet tender! Smells really good too!!

Grill: Baby Chicken
Really juicy and tender! The burnt lemon adds on more juiciness to the chicken!
P/S: don't squeeze too much of the lemon on it! It'll turn your chicken sour. *No pun intended*

Finishing it off with a bottle of red wine! Thank you JH for the wonderful dinner and JL for the wine, also for bringing me there! :)
Cheers! Xoxo
