Marry Christmas

It has been 3 months since our wedding day, how time flies and in another 2 months time our lil bundle of joy will be out. Finally had the time to blog about it now.

For those who don't know, we hosted our wedding on 24th Dec 2016, Xmas Eve. It was a really hectic day for both me and JL as we didn't really sleep. Waited for our bridesmaid and grooms men to be at our place to help out. A very big thank you to all 20 of you! We're very blessed to have you guys as well as our families with us.

So.. let's begin:

Did my hair combing ceremony before i had my make-up and hair-do done while the bridesmaid begin preparing the games before the groom and his groom men arrives.

Groom's arrive a lil' earlier than expected. Eugene is our appointed door boy. Since he's the oldest boy from my side. Haha! Grumpy little boy in the morning..

Here's our 10 grooms men! Goodluck brothers! The fun is beginning..

We had a few games prepared for them, the first was the 4 taste (sour, sweet, bitter and spicy). As for sour we prepared lime ice cubes, considering that they would be thirsty. Sweet would be the cream with chocolates in it which they have to bit off while doing pumping. Bitter would be the baby bitter gourds and for spicy, we had oreos with cream fillings removed, and replaced with wasabi and chili seeds! Sorry guys! We were already very lenient with you guys!

A mini dance entertainment for all, simple and cute!

3rd game: Answer the questions. JL has to answer correctly else his groomsmen would have to apply the lipstick on and kiss him. Obviously, he had lots of wrong answers LOL!

Angbaos for the sisters before he enters the gate. All is good haha!

Just as he thought he is done with the games, he face 3 guards outside my room. Hahah! Daddy had a love pledge he had to agree on, and yeye had some chain games for them before JL can enter the room!

It was such a joy to see the smiles on each and every one's face. Especially my dad and grandparents, granny was pretty sad that i'm marrying off haha. My poor JL was sweating so much when he came in to my room to fetch me.

Tea ceremony @ my side was quite a rush as we had to reach his place at a specific timing so that it would still be considered an auspicious hour. Travel to his place and I changed into the chinese kua, before having the tangyuan and tea ceremony at JL's place.

JL and his brothers went to take a video at their usual hangouts with their cars while the bridemaids went back home to change and freshen up while me and my sisters just KO straight before we had to head to Orchid Country Club for our big night.

Was already really tired by the time we were there. I literally fell asleep while the make up artist was doing my night make-up and hair-do. I can barely keep my eyes open, but the night has just began...

Had the reception table set up before I rest in the meeting room beside our ballroom while JL attend to the guests. Thank you Gerald and Kristin for being spontaneous enough to be our emcees for the night, and taking time to prepare for the script as it was a rush. Also, thank you to Joey and XinXun for buying me dinner as they were afraid that i would be too hungry before the event starts.

Now let the pictures do the talking for the night :)

Preparing for first march-in; cake-cutting ceremony :)

Video montage is playing so we decided to take a peek while waiting for our second march-in, follow by yum-seng session!

The cork flew to Eugene's plate and bounce up to his head, sorry my precious cousin! Haha! He got angry cause everyone was laughing at him. HAHAHA!

That's the end of our night before we KO in the complimentary room. Never felt as tired as our wedding night. Still really glad that everything goes smoothly.

Thank you to my bridesmaid for helping me out the night before the big day or on the day itself, and also on the lil' help that i needed in terms of buying or collecting of stuffs. Really appreciate all your hard works! :) Big love to y'all!
